Limited Warranty

Our written warranty, provided by KERCOT SCALE LLC. It is in addition to any rights you have under the law of your state.

Who is covered

The original purchaser of a new product bought on nimbo-gear.com, and anyone who received it as a gift from that purchaser, in the United States.

What is covered and for how long

For 2 year from delivery, we warrant every NIMBO product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and care. Examples: a weld or seam that opens, a valve or pump that stops holding air, a chair frame or shock cord that breaks under its rated load, a bottle that loses its vacuum insulation, a stitched cloud that comes off after washing as instructed.

What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at no charge to you, replace the product with the same item in the same size, or with a similar item if it is no longer available. If replacement is not possible, we refund the price you paid for it. We pay all shipping costs for the replacement.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear, such as fading, scuffs on the bottle coating or pilling on fabric.
  • Punctures, cuts, burns, damage from pets, accidents, abrasion, overloading or chemicals.
  • Damage caused by not following the care instructions, including freezing the bottle, tumble drying the towel or storing the pad wet.
  • A product that is the wrong size or color for you. That is handled by a free exchange under our Returns policy.
  • Products that have been altered.
  • Products bought from anyone other than KERCOT SCALE LLC on nimbo-gear.com.

How to make a claim

  1. Email coton640@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and clear photos of the defect.
  2. We reply within 2 business days. We may ask for more photos. We may ask you to send the product back, at our cost.
  3. Once the defect is confirmed, we ship the remedy described above, normally within 1 to 3 business days.

You do not need the original receipt and there is nothing to register. We look up your order from your email address or order number.

Spare parts. If a small part is lost or damaged outside the warranty (a valve cap, a stuff sack, a shock cord, a bottle seal), write to us. We keep spares and usually send them for the cost of shipping.

Limits

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD ABOVE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
